My Sales Pro ("the App") is a personal sales tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. Data Storage Most information you enter into My Sales Pro-including your name, sales records, pay plan settings, and preferences—is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to external servers. Image Processing When you use the Pay Plan Scanner feature to photograph your pay plan document, the image is temporarily sent to OpenAl's API for text extraction and analysis. This is the only data that leaves your device. Important: Images are sent securely via encrypted connection Images are processed by OpenAl solely to extract text and return results We do not store your images on any server OpenAl's data retention policies apply to this processing (see OpenAl's Privacy Policy) You can choose not to use this feature and enter pay plan details manually instead Data We Do NOT Collect We do not collect analytics or usage data We do not use advertising or tracking services We do not share your data with third parties (except OpenAl for the scanner feature as described above) We do not have user accounts or store data on our servers Data You Provide The App allows you to enter: Your name and dealership name Sales records (customer names, vehicle info, gross amounts) Pay plan and commission settings Personal preferences (theme, avatar) This information is stored locally on your device and never transmitted externally. Photos Photos added to sales records or your avatar are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded anywhere. Data Deletion You can delete all your data at any time by using the "Reset App" feature in Settings. This permanently removes all locally stored data from your device. Children's Privacy My Sales Pro does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
